We were delighted to welcome the Sala Golfers last Saturday 17th September at Atalaya Golf & Country Club.

All of them enjoyed a warm welcome with sandwiches and a selection of Sala Golf merchandise, and afterwards they were headed off to their tees for the 9am shotgun start. On the 10th tee they were able to enjoy some delicious sausage rolls and premium Gin & Tonic bar provided by tournament sponsor “International Marbella”.

The Sala Golf competitions are committed to supporting The Elena Gaite Foundation, and aim to raise substantial funds through the charity auction and raffle at each and every event. They gave a huge thank you to all the Foundation team as well as the golfers who show continual support for this special cause.

This were the winners of the tournament:

Grant Evans – The Closest to the Pin (Par 3) on hole 16.

Tony Collier – The Closest to the Pin approach shot (Par 4) on hole 9.
