At Atalaya Golf, we’ve always believed that golf is much more than just a sport.
It’s a way to spend quality time together, to learn values, and to share experiences as a family. That’s why one of the things we’re most proud of is seeing so many families on our courses — parents and children sharing laughter, advice, and moments that will be remembered for years to come.
We want family golf to be accessible to everyone. That’s why at Atalaya, if you are a member, your children play for free — an initiative born from our desire to help new generations grow up close to the game and learn to enjoy it alongside their parents.
Nothing makes us happier than seeing the youngest players taking their first swings on the course, guided by their families — learning little by little and discovering that golf can be as fun as it is educational. We firmly believe that sharing the game across generations strengthens family bonds and creates lasting memories.
PG Golf Academy: Learning Through Play
Our PG Golf Academy, located within the club, is the heart of this philosophy.
Led by a team of passionate professionals, the academy offers lessons tailored to every age and skill level, where children learn technique and values in equal measure.
Throughout the year, they organize summer, Christmas, and Easter camps that combine learning, games, and teamwork.
In these camps, the youngest golfers not only improve their swing but also make friends, build confidence, and learn to work together.
It’s a joy to see how many of them return year after year, continuing to grow and progress within the school.
An Environment That Invites Families to Enjoy Together
At Atalaya, families are an essential part of club life.
Every weekend, it’s common to see parents and children sharing a round or relaxing together on the terrace after their game.
We like to think of our club as a place where children grow up in a healthy environment — surrounded by nature, sport, and friendship.
Encouraging family golf is not only a sporting decision, but also a social one.
We want Atalaya to be a place where families can spend meaningful time together — where children learn the values of respect, focus, and perseverance while having fun.
Looking Toward the Future
We believe that the future of golf is built from the ground up — with children who love the game, with parents who support them, and with a club that welcomes them all.
That’s why, at Atalaya, we will continue to promote family golf and nurture the joy of those discovering the sport together.
Because in the end, what we value most are not scores or perfect shots — but the moments shared.
At Atalaya Golf & Country Club, every family has its own story, and together, they all form part of ours. If you want to become a member, click here.
