From January 8th to 10th, Atalaya Golf & Country Club had the honor of hosting the first event of the Performance Swing of the Toro Tour on our New Course. The tournament brought together a stellar lineup of professionals and elite amateur golfers, making for an exhilarating week of competition.

After an intense three-hole playoff, Eduard Cereto emerged victorious, claiming his first Toro Tour career win with an incredible score of -11 (64, 69, 69). Cereto’s stunning eagle on the 16th hole allowed him to get into the playoff. Runner-up Andrea Martini also delivered an unforgettable performance, thrilling spectators with his relentless determination during the playoff battle.

The New Course proved to be a worthy challenge for all participants, but the very good course conditions played a key role in enhancing the experience. With our newly Bermuda greens that fastly recovered, along with impeccably maintained fairways and tee boxes, players left with glowing reviews and enthusiasm for future events.

We are thrilled to announce that the Toro Tour will return to Atalaya Golf & Country Club’s New Course for the next event, scheduled from January 21st to 23rd. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another spectacular week of golf!
