Michael Campbell visits Atalaya Golf

Michael Campbell, also known as "Cambo", is a professional golfer from New Zealand who rose to fame in 2005 when he won the U.S. Open followed the same year by the € 1M. HSBC World Match Play Championship and then being named 2005 European Tour "Golfer of the Year".

Michael visited Atalaya Golf on April 11th and played the Old Course, teeing off yellow tees. Obviously, for a pro and the calibre of "Cambo", playing the shorter yellow course is a good exercise for the irons and short game. With a gross 68 and an eagle on hole 18, Míchael still has all it takes to impress us amateurs.

Talking to our General Manager, Andrés Sanchez, after the game, Michael mentioned the fantastic practicing facilities of Atalaya Golf and he had nothing but praise for our wonderful golf course.
